ACS Mission: Work as a manager
As a manager of a company, he/she is authorized to have the power and responsibility to make decision and bring the company to progress and success. While in ACS, we have more than one manager as we view the title in a different angle. To us, manager means:management, assertive, connecting, aggressive, generosity, empower and responsible.
¡¡ ¡¡ ¡¡ ¡¡ Everybody who works here is a manager. We are fully confident about our services quality because no one knows better than we do as we participate in the delivery process. We are employees who deploy our talent and expertise that makes things happen. We are owners who share the fruits when ACS makes a profit as a reward for our devotion and dedication.
AC S treats people working here as partners and she believes to grow these people to be entrepreneurs. In the position to experience as manager, we have the opportunity to best understand what our customers, employees and owners need. Through learn and adapt, we build up confidence and become ¡°manager¡±, a manager of our own posts where we take ownership and be responsible of our role in the company.
We always put our first priority to our customers, to fulfill their needs and constantly surprise them with high quality services over their expectations. Then we care about our employees¡¯ needs ¨C the growth in their career, and even further, how to become an entrepreneur in future. Hence, we provides a piece of good soil to allow everyone to grow by taking in-house or external training courses; empower them to have freewill to learn at work in all interested aspects; and structure a ladder system to take them to a more challenging role in the company. When we make profit, our investors always have a share ¨C and our employees are our owners.
We serve our customers through teamwork. We are not working in our own ways as separate individuals, but as a whole to make things happen. Those who are closer to action can make a better decision.
