ACS Mission: Work as a manager
As a manager of a company, he/she is authorized to have the power and responsibility to make decision and bring the company to progress and success. While in ACS, we have more than one manager as we view the title in a different angle. To us, manager means:management, assertive, connecting, aggressive, generosity, empower and responsible.
Everybody who works here is a manager. We are fully confident about our services quality because no one knows better than we do as we participate in the delivery process. We are employees who deploy our talent and expertise that makes things happen. We are owners who share the fruits when ACS makes a profit as a reward for our devotion and dedication.
AC S treats people working here as partners and she believes to grow these people to be entrepreneurs. In the position to experience as manager, we have the opportunity to best understand what our customers, employees and owners need. Through learn and adapt, we build up confidence and become “manager”, a manager of our own posts where we take ownership and be responsible of our role in the company.
We always put our first priority to our customers, to fulfill their needs and constantly surprise them with high quality services over their expectations. Then we care about our employees’ needs – the growth in their career, and even further, how to become an entrepreneur in future. Hence, we provides a piece of good soil to allow everyone to grow by taking in-house or external training courses; empower them to have freewill to learn at work in all interested aspects; and structure a ladder system to take them to a more challenging role in the company. When we make profit, our investors always have a share – and our employees are our owners.
We serve our customers through teamwork. We are not working in our own ways as separate individuals, but as a whole to make things happen. Those who are closer to action can make a better decision. With full commitment by everybody in ACS execution can follow through from top to frontline which help us move forward. When cohered, a single step forward will become a big step towards our goal. We hold our values deep in our spirit and demonstrate it through our daily speech and behaviours. Our values back us up in case of changes or uncertainty so we can stay calm and make wise decision. During the ten years of growth, ACS develops on the foundation of values it upholds and becomes an enterprise with more than 350 employees. ACS serves as a platform of coherence for people who share the same values: be earnest and devoted to practice.
Earnest means serious; really intent or engaged to find and face the truth. It comes with the sense of seriousness in the pursuit, as opposed to trifling or jest. On personal level, earnest is an attitude to react with people and everyday business. It is a requirement to oneself and also his/she first step towards success – when you clarify and know the truth in a serious manner, you are ready to step on the successful path.
